Mental Health Counselors
All of our current counselors with openings are provisionally licensed or are graduate-level interns. They are supervised by fully licensed therapists.
Amy Hoffman, Lmsw : Individual Therapy
Amy is an engaged and compassionate therapist who believes therapy can help you order your inner world so you are less buffeted by anxiety, acute stress, health problems, depression or simply taking in the headlines.
We often fear the strength of our emotions and avoid them, and then miss the valuable information and energy those emotions can provide.
Amy’s professional background is in hospice work. She also had a cancer diagnosis and knows how scary a crisis is, as well as what a catalyst for growth it can be. Amy would be honored to meet with you, hoping to hear you with her whole self with the goal of getting someplace new. “Most of what we say to ourselves are things we already know. Therapy can be about discovering what we know just beyond our current awareness.”
Amy is currently supervised by Tammy Brown, LCSW-S

It is Tryna's priority to create a safe and supportive space for you to be vulnerable and process your feelings. She views therapy as a powerful tool that can be used to gain a deeper understanding of oneself and open doors to a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
Tryna is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas State University and her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and her dogs Growlithe and Gible.
