Group Meditation classes

We will begin a new online meditation class series in November 2024, facilitated by Sonali Krish, graduate-level therapist intern. Fill out the form below to get on our waitlist.

Meditation can improve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness practices can increase self-awareness, patience, and self-compassion, and reduce negative emotions.

Classes are suitable for beginners and participants need to register at least 2 hours in advance.

Classes are donation-based, suggested donation is $5
