Mindfulness-based, sliding scale counseling services for Austin-area adults
We currently have openings for new clients seeking individual telehealth (video) therapy sessions provided by provisionally licensed mental health professionals and graduate-level interns. Our counselors are supervised by fully licensed mental health professionals. Meet the team here.
Individual session fees range from $30 - $50 (sliding scale) for 50-minute sessions with graduate-level interns and $40 - $75 for 50-minute sessions with associate therapists (when available).
We are not able to accept insurance.
Clients must reside in the Austin area and be 18+ years of age.

Couples session fees range from $30-$50 for 50-minute sessions and $45-$75 for 90-minute sessions with graduate-level interns.

The classes are a no-pressure way to learn mindfulness skills in the comfort of your home.
Group therapy 90-minute session
Group therapy can promote social skills, costs much less than individual sessions, and can help you learn that you are not as alone or different than you may think you are. Interacting with others and collaborating on shared problems nurtures feelings of security through giving and receiving empathy and validation.
Our groups are mindfulness-based which means we encourage clients to connect with the present moment — the ‘here and now’ — that exists within the judgment-free and safe zone created by the facilitator(s). These groups will be ‘closed’ which means participants will commit to attending a minimum of 3 group sessions per month.

Mindfulness Skill Development Group Class
This curriculum-based group cultivates mindful awareness while teaching you how your brain, gut, and nervous system interact with each other in ways that affect your mood and behavior. Mindfulness skills are effective at helping us cultivate our own natural ability to cope with the inescapable challenges of being human especially now when uncertainty, stress, and unpredictability seem omnipresent.
